As a child, I was known for having a sharp sense of smell, remembering the scent of the violet of grandma’s garden, the aroma of washing detergent on the linen sheets, the herbal smell of the beef stew in the school canteen, and pineapple from Phuket holiday street food. Later on I realized that there is a natural relation between those pure aromas, and the inspirational moments in life, especially when I engaged myself for my serious hobby to be a certified sommelier.
Educated in the engineering school and working in the business world, I have been exploring how to interpret the academic wine knowledge into accessible, fun yet professional wine learning.
With ample Proof of Concept events, I would like to now offer this unique wine - educational framework to my wine enthusiasts, to bridge them into the systematic way of understanding wines.
Since the proposition of Sommelier Advice as a Service was invented by decanted, my aim is also to guide private collectors in their journey of wines, to identify, to evaluate, to search, and to impress.
